1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nevertilebanon.com and to any order you place with Neverti Lebanon. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Neverti Lebanon is the official Neverti store in Lebanon. The website runs on Shopify.

2. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to place false orders, or to interfere with how the website works.

3. Products

We do our best to show products, shades and descriptions accurately. Colours can look different depending on your screen, lighting and skin tone, so we can't guarantee that what you see on screen matches the product exactly.

Product information, including ingredients and claims, comes from Neverti. Always check the packaging for the full ingredient list before use.

4. Using our products safely

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, check the ingredients and try the product on a small area first. Stop using any product that causes irritation, and seek medical advice if it continues. Keep products out of reach of children.

5. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or cancel that item.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may contact you to confirm it before sending it out. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we can't confirm your details, if the product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

We offer cash on delivery across Lebanon. You agree to pay the full order amount, including the delivery fee, when your order arrives. If cash on delivery orders are repeatedly refused without a valid reason, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and conditions are set out in our shipping policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our return and refund policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup can't be returned.

9. Reviews and messages

If you post a review, comment or photo, you confirm it's your own and that it's truthful. You allow us to use it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

10. Intellectual property

The Neverti name, logo, product names and imagery belong to Neverti and are used with permission. Website content may not be copied, reused or sold without our written consent.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites, such as Instagram or WhatsApp. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

12. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Neverti Lebanon isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they're published on this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Lebanon.
